There are many climatic and environmental factors, such as sunlight, temperature, humidity, rain, and condensation; It is not comprehensive enough to evaluate the performance of materials based solely on a single environmental factor test, such as harmful gases and dust. Often, a combination of multiple factors must be tested to simulate natural conditions as much as possible in order to make a more accurate evaluation. Although outdoor exposure tests have good authenticity, the climate conditions vary in different regions and seasons. Therefore, the importance of experimentation is relatively low, and with the continuous improvement of sample material quality, the exposure testing cycle is becoming longer and longer, which cannot meet the needs of the continuous development of scientific research and production. The xenon lamp gas resistance test chamber has six environmental factors including lighting, rain, humidity, and condensation, and can be independently adjusted. It uses a xenon lamp as the light source and has a spectral distribution similar to that of sunlight. Therefore, xenon light is used to simulate sunlight. At the same time, a wide range of temperature and humidity regulation is available for adjustment, and an independent circulation system is adopted for rain. Therefore, when necessary, harmful gas substances can be added to the water supply source for rain. By changing the cooling water temperature of the sample rack, the condensation amount on the surface of the sample and the surface temperature of the specimen can be adjusted. Therefore, this test chamber can be used for a combination of multi factor weather resistance tests.
